Privacy Policy
Airyus Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026.
This Privacy Policy describes how Airyus (“Airyus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with our website (airyus.com) and our practice-management software (together, the “Services”). It is written in plain language on purpose; where a term in a signed agreement with a practice customer conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.
1. Two different roles we play
Airyus plays two distinct roles, and this policy addresses both:
- As the operator of airyus.com. We control how this marketing website collects information from visitors, such as when you email us to ask about a demo.
- As a software vendor to medical practices. When a practice uses our software, that practice decides what patient and business information to enter into it. In that relationship, the practice is the data controller and Airyus acts on the practice’s behalf, under the terms of our agreement with that practice.
2. Information we collect from this website
We collect only what is necessary to respond to you:
- Information you send us directly, such as your name, email address, practice name, and the contents of any message, when you email us or request a demo.
- Basic technical logs our hosting provider generates in the ordinary course of serving this website (for example, request timestamps and error logs), used only to keep the site running and secure.
This website does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics scripts, or tracking pixels.
3. Information processed inside the software
When a practice uses Airyus’s software, information about that practice’s leads, patients, scheduling, clinical records, and payments may be entered into the system by the practice’s own staff. Airyus processes that information solely to provide the software to the practice, under the practice’s instructions and our agreement with them. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it to advertise to patients.
4. How we protect information
We build the software with security and patient privacy in mind — for example, separating each practice’s data and controlling who can access it. No method of storing or transmitting information is perfectly secure, and we do not claim any particular certification or compliance standard on this page; the specific safeguards and commitments that apply to a given practice are set out in our agreement with that practice.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us run the website or the software (for example, hosting and infrastructure providers), bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
6. Your choices
If you are a website visitor who contacted us and would like your message or contact information deleted, email us and we will honor that request. If you are a patient of a practice that uses Airyus’s software, please contact that practice directly — they control the records and are best placed to help.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website and software evolve. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
